Sugar Detox Level 2

Welcome to Level 2 of the Sugar Detox!

You’ll be following the same plan as level 1, but will also leave out gluten and dairy. This is a great step if you suspect a food allergy, as both gluten and dairy are two of the most common sensitivities that people experience. If you suspect either an allergy or sensitivity, you’ll want to extend the detox to a full 30 days to ensure that your body has enough time to adjust.
