Sugar Detox Level 3

Wondering what to eat while on level 3 of the sugar detox? Check out this meal plan, which is Level-3 approved, or resources like this one!

Welcome to Level 3 of the Sugar Detox! This is the most challenging of the three levels. In addition to eliminating sugar, you’ll also eliminate common allergens like gluten, grains and dairy. This level of the detox is appropriate for those who suspect they have an autoimmune condition or food allergy.

Here’s what this level entails:

Leave out all added sugar. This includes honey, agave, juice, jams, flavored yogurts, soda, bottled sauces, dried and tropical fruit.

Leave out refined carbohydrates, grains and legumes and dairy.

Leave out all dairy.
