Fall in Love with Today Paleo “Oatmeal”

Are you searching for a breakfast that gets you psyched for the day ahead? How about a dairy-free, gluten-free, sugar-free option that is packed with protein and will keep you feeling full all morning? This paleo “oatmeal” is the perfect breakfast. Prepare it the night before in your slow cooker for the easiest, best breakfast!

Fall in Love with Today “Oatmeal”

(makes 2-3 servings)

Ingredients:

1 medium butternut squash, peeled and cubed

1 organic apple, cubed

1 organic pear

1 cup coconut milk

1 cup hemp hearts

1 TBS honey (optional)

2 TBS pumpkin spice

Optional toppings:  Coconut milk, Shredded coconut, Pumpkin seeds

Let’s Do This!

Add all ingredients to crockpot (except for toppings) and turn the crockpot on low. Let cook around 8 hours or overnight. Mash ingredients together until it is the consistency you like. Add toppings and enjoy!
